Introduction
Content marketing has become a necessity in today’s digital marketing landscape and to become more visible on search engines. The more time you spend on content marketing, the more content you will have on your site so that your customers or users will stay on your website longer – which will easily yield to more opportunities and conversions.
Higher quality content can also provide higher visibility in search engines and higher domain authority. This ultimately means that you will be perceived with more expertise, authority, relevance, and trust of your brand. You will have better traction on social media, generate more leads and better leads, improve conversions, and build brand awareness.
Here are some of my favorite and top content marketing tools that can help any business establish more credibility, build more trust, and strengthen its reputation.
Top Content Marketing Tools
1) Canva
Looking for a quick graphic design software that isn’t Adobe Photoshop? Canva has become one of my favorite tools to use to create new content including graphics, presentations, banners, flyers, and posters. It’s free and comes with pre-built templates and layouts. It takes no time at all to create something your users will love.
Canva is extremely easy to use and they have templates for almost every single use case. For instance, if you wanted to create a social media banner, they have Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. You can drag and drop the elements, and there are a huge list of options to choose from.
It is perfect for crafting images to add across all your content while attracting people’s attention.
2) Grammarly
Grammarly has been one of those tools that saves me a lot of time by catching errors similar to how Word Doc underlines a word or sentence with a scribble when it catches an error.
This is a free tool that catches grammar mistakes and reduces error rate by just installing it as a plugin on Google Chrome. Users aren’t going to trust you if your content has any spelling and grammar mistakes.
3) Google Docs
Almost every single content, blog, and article in my company is hosted on Google Docs. This is where all of the work gets done before the final presentation.
It’s the best platform for collaboration, super easy to use and access, and it automatically saves as you write.
It’s packed with helpful features and it’s free!
4) Loom
One of the best free screencasting tools I’ve used, Loom is an amazing free tool if you need to create a video recording of your computer screen. There are many paid screencasting software like Zoom, but Loom’s time to record is super fast and it allows you to create, edit, and share screen share videos.
This tool is great for content marketing because anyone can create and embed tutorials for walkthroughs or promote a video for communicating quick questions or explaining concepts.
