Get creative and use your surroundings. As seen in this photo, using a flexible tripod provides new and unique ways to get your perfect shot. Just be sure that the legs are secured!⁠

Photography Tip: When editing your shots, increasing blue tones in night shots can help increase visibility in your darker shots while also providing a sense of moodiness, like in this shot. Conversely, increasing orange tones can increase a sense of warmth, sunlight, and liveliness. ⁠

First opened in 1938, the Lions Gate Bridge connects the City of Vancouver to North Shore of Vancouver. The location of this bridge means it is frequently covered in fog and mist, allowing for creative shots like this. This area of Vancouver provides for a variety of shooting opportunities, including everything from urban traffic shots like this, to wooded scenery in Stanely Park. ⁠

Tip: Walk along the Seawall Path surrounding Stanely park for magnificent views of the Burrard Inlet, passing ships, and some Canadian beaches!⁠

Mount Taranaki, located on the west coast of New Zealand's North Island, just south of New Plymouth, is a must see when traveling in New Zealand. Standing at 7572ft (2308m), Mount Taranaki dominates the local landscape and is frequently seen with its peak covered in snow, like in this photo. The stark contrast between the lower terrain beneath the mountain and its snow-covered peak create for some amazing shots and amazing exploring. Forestation of the surrounding area also makes for some extremely unique aerial photography opportunities not found anywhere else in the world.⁠
